Shipping and Returns

Your order will be processed and ship within 3-5 business days.  You can expect delivery in approximately 7-10 business days. 

- Order History and Tracking: To track your package just sign in and click on "My account" In your account you will see order history by date or by order number. You can browse your order history and track the status of your orders.

- Report order problem: if your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concerns, please email us at contact@petitcalm.com.  To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

- Return policy: You may return any product purchased from Petitcalm.com within 30 days from date of shipment. For return requests, write to our customer support team at contact@petitcalm.com.  Once the product is received at our facility and fully examined by us, as per your request, we will either send you the new product in exchange or your money will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. The time period for the refund amount to be credited in your account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.   .

- Refund policy: We aim to satisfy all our customers and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.  However, there may be times when you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased. We are happy to issue a full refund or to exchange the product(s) under the following conditions. Each item can be exchanged only once:

        * You have received the product in physically damaged condition

        * Any manufacturing defects with the product

         * Received product has missing parts or accessories.
